主要研究方向:

以生物物理与生物无机化学为主要研究方向。研究领域包括生物大分子的结构与功能关系,生物体系热力学,生物活性分子与小分子的相互作用等;主要研究内容包括淀粉样多肽的金属抑制剂分子作用机制,血红素类蛋白溶液构象的分子动力学模拟与功能关系,以及生物活性分子芋螺毒素的溶液结构与功能关系比较。

主要科研项目与课题:

1.金属配合物与朊蛋白神经肽的相互作用,国家自然科学基金面上项目,2013-2016, 项目负责人,80万元。

2.海洋生物资源-芋螺毒素的结构修饰与潜在应用研究,化工资源有效利用国家重点实验室开放课题,2012-2014,项目负责人,5万元。

3.激发态电子结构理论和溶液光化学反应机理的计算模拟,科技部973计划,2011-2015,学术骨干,20万元。

4.血红素类蛋白的结构功能研究,985基地项目,2009-2015,项目负责人,15万元。
