个人基本情况

付艳(Fu Yan,Lecturer),在复杂系统的人机交互、复杂系统操作的行为建模等领域进行了深入的研究,并拓展到复杂系统的人机智能融合框架以及关键技术的研究。参与了中国AMES仿真系统第一代的建设。长期关注残疾人工作能力评价及辅助器具设计领域,依托与美国密西根大学、加拿大滑铁卢大学的长期合作,在残疾人作业行为建模、作业能力评价以及辅助器具设计方法等问题上进行了深入的研究,该研究问题持续受到来自残疾人就业企业、国家自然科学基金的支持。

坚持“以人为中心”的设计理念,通过对人的认知及行为的研究,提升系统人机交互的可用性,增强用户体验,通过辅助设计实现人机系统能力的最优融合。
