工作经历

2009/9 - 至今        北京理工大学，物理学院，副教授；

2013/5-2013/6       德国杜伊斯堡大学Michael Farle组访问；

2008/8-2009/9       美国亚利桑那州立大学，电子工程系，访问学者合作导师宁存政；

2007/12 - 2008/5    国家纳米中心短期研究。

科研方向

激光光谱学与技术、光与低维半导体纳米结构相互作用、时间分辨发光动力学等方向，包括微纳激光器、激光诱导击穿等离子体光谱、新型光电器件与系统等研究，已在新型纳米基片探测器及可调激光，亚波长尺度激光器以及新型多功能光电器件、增强激光诱导击穿光谱技术等方面取得了多项研究成果。精通各种光谱测试系统集成，开发了基于激光技术的全元素快速检测分析仪，已应用于华电国际所属电厂。先后主持国家自然科学基金面上、青年项目，科技部重点研发计划子任务、北京市创新项目等。相应的结果先后在Nanolett.，Adv. Func. Mater.,ACSnano，Optical Express，APL等杂志上发表文章80余篇，总引用次数超过2000次，授权发明专利5篇，H-因子 26。
